To help those who do not have a builder we have obtained a fixed price of 210,000 euros for the construction work from a local builder with experience of working in the Old Town. There is a detailed specification and a bill of quantities which are available on request. This contract is direct with the builder with a 20% deposit payable followed by monthly staged payments based on an architect’s certificate of work carried out.
